PASTA WITH TOMATO PASTA
Pasta with tomato paste is a practical and delicious dish prepared with ingredients that can be easily found in every home. Here is the step-by-step recipe for pasta with tomato paste:

Ingredients:
400 grams of pasta (preferably spaghetti or penne)
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon of oregano
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation:
Pasta: Boil plenty of salted water in a large pot. Add the pasta and boil according to the instructions on the package. Then drain and set aside.
Sauce: Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions and fry until they turn pink. Add the garlic and sauté until they start to smell.
Tomato Paste: Add the tomato paste to the pan and fry for a few minutes. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and thyme and stir. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to loosen it up.
